Transport of users to day care centres

Description

The contest concerns the delivery and transport of day centre users by minibus and some cars. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure transport services to and from the municipality's day centres/activity houses. The value of the procurement is estimated to be: NOK 2, 200,000 - excluding VAT per annum. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to expand the contract in case of a potential increase in transport needs during the contract period. See the procurement documents for further information. Lot 1: Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement. Contract The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms. The contract will come into force 05.01.24 and it will be valid for 2 (two ) years. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded. Data processing contract Tenderers must attach their proposal for the completed data processor contract that will be finalised in cooperation with the winning tenderer. Declaration on wages and working conditions. Tenderers must complete and attach a self-declaration on wages and working conditions.
