PROVISION OF SPECIALIST SUPPORTED LIVING (SSL) SERVICES AT PENCOED, BRIDGEND

Description

The Council wishes to award a contract for the provision of a specialist Supported Living Service for Individuals with a learning disability and complex or challenging behaviours, including neurodivergent conditions. The specialist supported living service is for people who have a learning disability and/or a high level of health and social care needs. The Individuals who live in these specialist schemes have their own tenancy and require high levels of bespoke support, which is over and above that available in a general supported living service. Support for Individuals also comes from the multidisciplinary Community Learning Disability team and from specialist health teams.
