RFP 210002 - TENDER FOR A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PROCEDURE – GIFT VOUCHERS

Within the framework of research and academic activities, the University wishes to proceed with the purchase of : - Generalist gift vouchers (multi-brand and all types of products). This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a Framework Agreement, fixed at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain a Contracting Party, without reopening of competition, known for its expertise in providing gift vouchers. The contract shall only include the following lot: Unique lot: Supply of dematerialized multi-brand gift vouchers. By "dematerialized" format the University means for example e-voucher, e-code, etc. The University does not expect prepaid cards as a format.
