RFT for the Provision, Support and Maintenance of an Enterprise Architecture Solution

Description

The RSA is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision, support and maintenance of an Enterprise Architecture Solution. The required services involve, but are not limited to: 1. The provision of an Enterprise Architecture System (the "System"); 2. The implementation of the System across each business area within the RSA, including but not limited to possible customisation and the provision of training and training documentation; 3. The provision of support and maintenance services in respect of the System. Any contract that may result from this Competition will be awarded for a duration of 24 months (the “Contract Term”). The RSA reserves the right to extend the Contract Term for a further period of up to 24 months, with a maximum of 1 such extensions up to a maximum duration of 48 months on the same terms and conditions.
