Description

The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure HK-dir access to consultants with competence and experience within procurements. The framework agreement will primarily cover HK-dir's need for assistance with holding procurement processes, in order to relieve in periods with increased workload, understaffing, long term absences, etc. Legal assistance can also be procured within public procurements and other procurement related services.
