Description

The tender contest includes a Framework Agreement for the emptying of gullies/sand traps and flushing outlet pipes. The tender contest also includes the emptying of sludge, flushing and CCTV pipe inspections for the municipal pipe network, as well as emptying of sludge for private plants in Ås municipality. Nesodden municipality has a separate agreement for emptying of sludge from private plants. The agreement for emptying of sludge for Nesodden municipality will therefore mainly include emptying sludge, CCTV inspections and flushing of the municipal pipe network. The assignment shall be conducted in accordance with the Contracting Authority's orders. The Service Provider shall upon request from the Contracting Authority give proposals for a gully emptying plan, based on previous emptying assignments this year, as well as local requirements. The Service Provider may also be instructed to empty sand traps and flush sewage pipes in accordance with requirements. The contract value is approx. 10 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non-binding. The Contracting Authority shall enter into an agreement with 1 (one) tenderer. See Part 2 in the requirement specification for further information. Lots and alternative tenders: Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
