Dismantling works

Description

The scope of the works is the electrical and mechanical dismantling, handling and transport to a storage laydown area of: n. 59 wind turbine generators Enercon E40 installed in the wind farms of Castiglione Messer Marino (n.44 WTG) and Schiavi d’Abruzzo (n.15 WTG) in Abruzzo region, and n. 20 wind turbine generators Enercon E40 installed in the wind Farm of Vaglio di Basilicata (PZ). For each Wind Turbine Generator the following operations are required: — Disposal of unrecoverable waste material (to be arranged, divided by type, into special roll-off containers), — Preservative dismantling of the WTG using suitable lifting means, without damaging the interface elements (flanges, bolts, connectors, etc.), — Disconnection of foundation anchor bolts, cutting them if necessary, without damaging the tower base flange, — Disassembly of the WTG (both at height and on the ground) and related electrical cabin, and preparation to transportation, — Loading on suitable transport trucks, — Transport of WTG components to a storage depot, located in the industrial area of Foggia (IT), — Unloading of the components at the depot. All the operations shall be carried out without damaging the components to be recovered. The Wind Turbine Generators dismounted shall be sold (totally or partially) by the Contracting Entity;
