Emergency Accommodation Provision Lot 1 - Families Lot 2 - 16-17 Year Olds (self contained accommodation) Lot 3 - Singles/Couples This Tender concerns establishments of a Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS). The DPS will be the primary method for the Council to source placements for the duration of this 4 year (subject to break clauses) DPS Agreement. The DPS will also allow new providers to be added during the lifetime of the system. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the DueNorth system.
