Description

Kent Fire and Rescue services has awarded a contract for Procurement legal support to DLA Piper LLP. The Supplier shall provide such advice, support and drafting including, but not limited to, the key areas of contracts, information and data protection law, intellectual property law, JCT Contracts, NEC Contracts, outsourcing and public procurement law, as the Customer may require in relation to procurement and contracts associated with national initiatives and ad-hoc requirements. This contract commences on the 14th April 2026 and expires 13th April 2029 (with the option to extend for a further 12 months).
