The Group intends to establish a contract with suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for the provision of Cleaning Services based on the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The location of the site is at: Clarendon House, Victoria Terrace, Aberystwyth, SY23 2DJ. Clarendon House is a four-storey student accommodation building located on the promenade in Aberystwyth. It comprises of 110 study bedrooms including 110 en-suite shower and toilet facility pods, two entrances -front and rear, communal corridors, stairwells, landings and twenty communal kitchen/diner areas.
