Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a call-off contract to Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP to undertake the entire procurement for an all-inclusive asset management contract incorporating, but not exclusive to, responsive repairs, void refurbishment services, damp & mould, electrical and gas services, asbestos management (removals / encapsulation), aids & adaptations and planned maintenance works, from inception to the award of the contract and to cover the preparation of all documentation and regulatory requirements under PA23, including Section 20 consultation. Contract was procured via a direct award under ProcurePublic Contract Administrator and Project Management Framework. Contract value is estimated.
