Uniform Softshell Jackets and Microfleece Tops

Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire is tendering for the provision of Softshell Jackets (Lot 1) and Microfleece Tops (Lot 2). The resulting Framework will be available to all UK Police Forces, Fire Authorities and other Law Enforcement Agencies. The garments are worn by Police Officers and Staff whilst undertaking operational duties. The intention is to award each Lot to a single supplier. Lot 40811: Uniform Softshell Jackets The Softshell Jacket is worn by Police Officers and Staff whilst undertaking operational duties. The Jacket is worn as part of a layering system over standad police uniform and equipment. It is worn either the top layer or as an under garment to the outer waterproof coat. Lot 40953: Uniform Microfleece Tops The Microfleece top is worn by Police Officers and staff whilst undertaking operational duties. The top is intended to be worn under body armour providing a thin layer between the shirt and body armour. The microfleece top is worn as part a uniform layering system.
