Provision of a Recovery Hub Service for Individuals Using Drugs and/or Alcohol

Provision of a Recovery Hub Service within East Ayrshire for Individuals Using Drugs and/or Alcohol Lot 1: The Council require a contract for a single provider to deliver a Recovery Hub service within East Ayrshire that is led by lived experience that promotes a recovery management approach to ensure that not only is the Individual's recovery experience unique to them but that the Individual has every opportunity to maintain and sustain that recovery towards becoming an active and contributing member of society. The service will, in developing this recovery management approach, take cognisance of the available recovery evidence and ensure that a range of routes to recovery are available to ensure the best possible outcomes for those engaging in recovery opportunities. The contract will end on 31 March 2027 as future contracting for all services are being reviewed. It should be noted that TUPE may be applicable.
