Radio Maintenance and Support

Description

This requirement is to manage the annual renewal of the existing ICOM subscriptions. This should include ICOM LTE radio subscription users, and, Dispatcher user subscriptions, service support, maintain first line hardware support, repair/replace any broken, lost, or stolen devices, support for DVSA / ICOM office solution, service, repair, and installation at new locations, must be able to procure consumables (batteries, cases, earpieces etc.), provide advice on and be able to supply new equipment, provide knowledge articles (guidance, information), and have a secure way to dispose of the unrepairable hardware.
