Procurement of governmental joint agreements for the purchase of flights

Statens innkjøpssenter [the Governmental Procurement Centre] hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for a contract regarding the procurement of flights. Statens innkjøpssenter [the Governmental Procurement Centre] shall enter into joint agreements for domestic and international flights. The joint agreements are related to the contracting authority's need for business trips flights. This includes flights to internal meetings in the company, but also flights for participation in courses and conferences, as well as other business-relevant business trips. Statens innkjøpssenter is publishing the tender contests on behalf of the state administrative bodies, municipalities and counties included in Appendix 11: Contracting authority included in this agreement, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authorities. The joint agreements are related to the contracting authority's need for domestic and international flights. The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into joint contracts for flights for the contracting authorities, which give financial savings, reduced transaction costs, a reduced negative impact on the environment, increased use of e-commerce, and improved compliance with the regulations by coordinating procurements. Furthermore, the joint contract is expected to contribute to increased value creation by ensuring the best possible use of resources based on commercial terms and equality. Statens innkjøpssenter [the Governmental Procurement Centre] shall enter into joint agreements for domestic and international flights. The joint agreements are related to the contracting authority's need for business trips flights. This includes flights to internal meetings in the company, but also flights for participation in courses and conferences, as well as other business-relevant business trips. We are planning to enter into parallel framework agreements per agreement area in this contract. An agreement area is defined as a combination of cabin class and route.
