Description
These services are currently run from multiple locations, both in-house and from 3rd party hosted infrastructure. To help Shannon Group to meet its obligation under current and planned Data Protection laws, the proposed solution must reside on infrastructure located entirely within the EEA and must not permit data to be transferred out of the EEA without prior written consent of Shannon Group. As this is a fully managed service the successful tenderer will also be required to enter into a Data Processor agreement with Shannon Group plc.
