Fairwater Campus Estates Management

Description

The scope of the contract includes: Providing a full mechanical and electrical service to support the long-term effective running and maintenance to the whole campus, as well as full site management including grounds maintenance and repairs. Fairwater Community Campus is due to open in January 2026 for Cantonian High School and July 2026 for the Special Schools. The school wishes to appoint Borley Engineering Services Ltd for an interim arrangement of 2 years, while a longer-term arrangement is put in place following completion of works across all sites. Borley Engineering Services Ltd have completed the works on site to date and have the knowledge of the site and are able to provide the full mechanical and electrical service and estates management to support the long-term effective running and maintenance in relation to the whole campus, across the sites within different footprints. To maintain the consistency across all sites, allowing for a longer term arrangement to be put in place and take into consideration TUPE implications, the school anticipates that a two year period is sufficient. ## Contract award Title: Fairwater Campus Estates Management
