Valuation Services CPA/SPU/2664P - AWARD

Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of Valuation Services CPA/SPU/2664P (hereinafter "the Goods/Services") to the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire (PCC), Chief Constable of Cheshire (CC) and any successor body. The PCC is the Contracting Authority for the provision of the Goods/Services. Under the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom and Internationals Financial Reporting Standards, valuations of assets must be undertaken in full at least every five years. In addition the valuations should be reviewed in the subsequent four years and applicable indices applied to the valuations It is intended to make an award decision in early January 2026 with the successful consultant commencing work as soon as possible, with the survey results/report presented no later than the end of March 2026 (for the initial year).
