Description
HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver the HIE Impact Women Programme; The programme aims to support a target of 30 participants. The participants will be women in a leadership role in an enterprise already trading (with a minimum annual turnover of GBP 25,000) and not exceeding the SME classification, with growth aspirations. Women either advancing in a leadership role within an existing organisation or growing their own organisation will be eligible to participate. This programme will be open to businesses and social enterprises (hereinafter referred to as organisations) within the HIE region. The supplier will be responsible for participant recruitment, delivery of two in-person residential workshops, design and facilitation of a series of virtual webinars, provision of online one-to-one mentoring support, and overall programme administration and reporting. The programme will be jointly funded by the Scottish Government and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). Lot 1: It is expected that these services will be required from 19th January 2026 until 18th September 2026 unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 2 months following the initial Term. The extension period will be time only, and subject to budget availability. The available budget to deliver this service over an initial period of 8 months, potentially extending to 10 months, ranges from GBP 85,000 to GBP 110,000 (excluding VAT). Included within these ranges are GBP 10,000 which has been allocated to support participants with travel, childcare costs, and additional overnight accommodation beyond the one-night’s accommodation per residential, for participants travelling over 50 miles by road or island-based participants and GBP 12,000 for conference venue, accommodation and catering for residential workshops. Any bid which exceeds the maximum stated budget of GBP 110,000 will be regarded as unacceptable to HIE and consequently be considered as non-compliant and will therefore be excluded from the process.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8, 9 and 10 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
