Lot 1: The objective of this negotiated procedure is to procure technical assistance support activities complementing the L2/L3 services provided under WP3x (as amended by WP3X WO1 AP10), with the same scope and service levels, up to the foreseen handover of L2/L3 responsibility for GCS to GSOp at the end of the migration (i.e. Final Migration Key Point of GCS).
