Clanmil require a suitably qualified supplier to undertake a new warden call system to be installed and new communal lighting upgrade including emergency lighting at Brennen Court, Magherafelt, upgrades as part of its ongoing Asset Management Strategy. The scope of works includes for the removal of the existing lighting and warden call system and the installation of new throughout Brennan Court and Marriott House.
