Provision of Legal Aid Agency Civil Debt Recovery Enforcement Solicitor Services

Description

This procurement is for the provision of Enforcement Solicitor Services to be used by the Legal Aid Agency. The Supplier will be responsible for the collection of Legal Aid Civil high value debt. The Supplier will be expected to recover debt owing from Solicitors, Barristers and Civil clients. The original contract duration will be 2 years with a potential to extend for a maximum of a further 2 years (one + one).
