NDFA Social Housing PPP Bundle 4 and 5 Site Investigations

The National Development Finance Agency (NDFA) acting on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (“DHLGH”) and Dublin City Council (“DCC”) are seeking Site Investigations Works in respect of Social Housing PPP Bundle 4 and 5.To facilitate completion of investigations within programme dates and with regard to geographical spread, the project sites are split into three Lots; Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3. Tenders may be submitted for one or/and two or/and three Lots. If a Tenderer elects to tender for all three Lots, a separate tender must be submitted for each Lot. A Tenderer may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Lot. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price, subject to compliance and verification of the requested Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (“SAQ”) information prior to contract award.
