Description

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage makes widespread use of ESRI’s GIS technology to support evidence-based decision, project delivery, data operations and communication via analysis and visualisation tools. The Department also provides access to geospatial data services to other Departments, agencies, academia and private industry. These services are primarily from the Department’s public facing ESRI enterprise or ArcGIS Online infrastructure. The objective of this competitive process is to appoint a service provider to provide the Department with a single supplier framework for the provision of ESRI software. The framework will include one or more Enterprise Agreements for the licencing, support and maintenance of new and existing ESRI ArcGIS products and services both on site and in the cloud.
