Description

Galley design to include most economical and user friendly and maintenance accessible layout in existing space, utilizing and installing all equipment listed below, including supply of said equipment, but maintaining best value for money, cost effectiveness (in terms of the requirement of additional cabling, air supply, extraction ducting etc), and adhering to best practices in terms of fire safety (marine FSS Code) and HACCP regulations. Flooring is not included in this contract. However, work on the flooring will be carried out during the same timeframe. Therefore it will be necessary to liaise with the appointed contractor to accommodate this work.
