NML Estate Revaluation

Description

National Museums of Liverpool ("NML") require a full valuation of the land and buildings of their property assets as at 31 March 2017 for inclusion in Financial Statements, using the Existing Use (EUV) and Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) method in accordance with Government Financial Reporting Manual (FReM). The valuation should comply fully with the requirements of the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards 2014 ("Red Book") (Amended April 2015) published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It should also refer to UKGN 7 Valuations for Charities for accounting periods on or after 1 January 2015 the new Charities SORPs, based on FRS 102.
