Plumbing and sanitary works

Description

Hitra municipality hereby invites tenderers to a competition on Framework Agreements for plumbing works and associated materials. The work will apply to municipal buildings and properties all over the municipality. The contract value, including options for extension, is approx. 6 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority wants to enter into contracts with 2 contractors, of which the best qualified contractor is considered as the main contractor. Note that from 1.1.2020 some buildings and properties currently under Snillfjord Municipality's administration (Sundlandet District) will be included in the contract. Assignments included in the Framework Agreement for plumbing works and materials thereof are: — service and maintenance of municipal buildings and properties, — replacement of sanitary equipment, — repairs, renovations, — replacement of pipe systems, — replacement of circulation pumps and valves, — installation work, — defrosting pipe systems and manholes, — other tasks included in the discipline.
