Description
The O-link analysis tool is a proprietary platform offered as a service by a limited number of UK providers. In order to generate the required data within the confines of the grant timelines, the contractor must be able to run the service in June 2025. CGT Catapult have liaised with O-link to gain access to all UK providers of the service and have subsequently obtained quotations from each available provider. The successful supplier must be able to provide the service at a competitive fee within the given timelines. To access the lowest price, service providers must link-up CGT Catapult with another party who can share an assay, thereby reducing the overall cost for each party. University of Oxford are the only provider who have been able to do this and have done so within the required period. This therefore offers the most appropriate, cost-effective solution available. Taken together with CGT Catapult's positive historic relationship with this provider, University of Oxford should receive the direct award. ## Contract award
