The tender is regarding a Contract for delivery of renewable energy guarantees of origin for grid losses in Radius. The tender is made in accordance with tender notice regarding electricity network companies’ grid losses (BEK nr 2238 af 01/12/2021). The estimated quantity of grid losses is 325 GWh. The contract period is one year (2022). Lot 1: The tender is regarding a Contract for delivery of renewable energy guarantees of origin for grid losses in Radius. The tender is made in accordance with tender notice regarding electricity network companies’ grid losses (BEK nr 2238 af 01/12/2021). The estimated quantity of grid losses is 325 GWh. The contract period is one year (2022). Suitablity requirements: Only offers from tenderers who qualify the followings suitability requirements will be accepted by Radius as valid offers: a. Tenderer must be registered at Energinet and thereby is qualified as an approved electricity supplier in Denmark. b. Tenderer must have an equity in most recent financial year of minimum DKK 20 mio. c. Tenderer must have submitted an annual financial report to Erhvervsstyrelsen in accordance with the implied regulatory requirements. d. Tenderer must have a rating of higher than “normal” according to Experias KOB-rating scale or higher than “A” in Bisnodes AAA-rating mode. e. Tenderer must not, in the most recent 2 connecting financial years, have a financial deficit - unless the company’s positive equity in the most recent financial year as a minimum comprises 2 times the most recent financial years deficit. f. Tenderes annual financial report must be auditet by accoundant. g. Tenders most recent annual report must not have any auditor's endorsement with ay reservations or any additional information regarding conditions, for example regarding reservation for carrying on its business as a going concern, that the accountant can not confirm the stated revenue, expenses or assets, illegal shareholder loans, overdue tax/VAT or similar, which significantly will increase the company’s risk of not fulfilling it’s obligations in time. h. Danish tenderers must be able to submit a full remark-free Serviceattest issued by Erhvervsstyrelsen, documenting that tenderer is not included in any of the grounds of exclusion, according to Udbudslovens §§ 135-136 and 137, article 1 nr. 1 and 2. Non-Danish tenderers must either submit a certificate from the local authorities stating that the company complies with mentioned regulatory requirements or alternatively submit a sworn statement. Product minimum requirements: Renewable energy guarantees of origin must be based on: - productions facilities that are not subject to any aid schemes. - production technology of the production facilities must be sun or wind - Maximum age of the production facilities from date of commissioning must be maximum 3 years pr. 1. January 2022. This means that the production facilities must not be commissioned earlier than 1. January 2019.
