***PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ***PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area*** The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is seeking to establish a Laboratories List for the provision of genotyping services, including customer support, to the Northern Ireland Bovine Genetics Project. The potential scale of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to interested parties. Prior to establishing the Laboratories List, DAERA wishes to assess the level of market interest in participating in the provision of the required genotyping services. The objectives of this exercise are to: • gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion; • establish market ability and capacity to deliver the requirements; • provide confidence around viability of concept; • gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; • understand risks and issues not previously considered; and • identify barriers to participation. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING PORTAL on eTendersNI, BEFORE 15:00 on the date specified below under 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
