United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust contract for Pharmacy Quality Control Services and Radiopharmacy Quality Control and Quality Assurance Services.<br/><br/>The tender was divided into 3 Lots:<br/>Lot 1 - Pharmacy Quality Control Services<br/>Lot 2 - Radiopharmacy Quality Control Services<br/>Lot 3 - Radiopharmacy Quality Assurance Services.<br/><br/>Lot 1 and Lot 2 have been awarded. <br/>Lot 3 received no bids and has not been awarded.<br/><br/>The contract period is an initial term of 3 years with and option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.
