UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) has awarded a contract for the provision of user-centred design services. The supplier will undertake user research and high-level service design activities to investigate and document the current “as is” post-award management processes. The purpose of the work is to understand the challenges, scale, and scope associated with the development of a potential new post-award management service. The outputs will inform future service design and delivery decisions. The supplier’s team will work under the direction of a UKRI Delivery Manager, who will provide oversight, introductions to relevant stakeholders, and guidance on appropriate contacts across the organisation. ## Contract award
