This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process. <br/><br/>Maximum total value of the contract is £2,600,000 for the o1+1 year contract. However, as a call off contract this spend is not expected to be achieved.<br/><br/>Additional capacity for Gastrointestinal Physiology Services to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for patients presenting with gastrointestinal disorders at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. Lot 1: This procurement is for additional capacity for Gastrointestinal Physiology Services to deliver comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for patients presenting with gastrointestinal disorders at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.<br/><br/>This notice is am intention to award a contract under the PSR competitive process and the total potential value of the contract is £1,040,000.<br/><br/>This is a new service with a new provider. The service will be live from the 2nd of July 2025 to 1st July April 2026 with the ability to extend by up to 12 months.
