Design and construction of a modular sports pavilion at Fernhill Park & Gardens consisting of two changing rooms (with storage), a lobby and plant room. The proposed unit is to be located in the intense active recreation zone consisting of a multi-use pitch, a 400m running path, a callisthenics and play area. There are existing services located adjacent to the existing building and a small modular toilet will also be installed in close proximity to the proposed unit (by others). The site is considered highly sensitive and the contractor must allow for protection of the site as required.
