Description
GMP is seeking to replace the current mechanical solution within the Central Ticket Office (CTO), with a software supported solution that will provide additional benefits in terms of reporting, auditing and screening of outbound mail. The ability to process large volumes of mail within operational deadlines and demonstrate very high levels of accuracy and integrity are essential requirements for successful enforcement and prosecution. For example, one of the key Data Protection requirements is that there must be no risk of an offender’s paperwork being inside the envelope of another. The Authority is also interested in any opportunities to increase staff productivity, optimise processes, improve intelligence and enforcement of related criminal activity and generate financial savings to offset the cost of the solution.
