Description
The objective of the contract is to prepare the statistical authorities in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo(1), North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Türkiye (IPA Beneficiaries) for future EU membership by aligning their present methodologies and practices with the statistical acquis and integrating them into the European Statistical System. (1)This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence. Lot 1: IPA 2022 Multi-beneficiary statistical cooperation programme Provided they are in conformity with the basic project, new services or works consisting in the repetition of similar services or works, may be entrusted up to 10 % of the initial contract to the initial contractor by negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
