IWA Business Analysis & Change Programme 2022

Description

IWA is looking to establish a basic set of business analysis skills for a large cohort of the organisation. The participants will include middle management to senior management however may also include some support staff with a target of circa 200 employees. This cohort of employees will learn how to breakdown, assess and document the business processes they use on a daily basis. The learning activity will build familiarity with analytical tools and problem solving skills while providing the organisation with consolidated, up to date and streamlined processes. This programme will escalate our consolidation of processes while establishing a more collaborative and participative approach to the way we do things. It is envisioned that this programme will further solidify our alignment of a multitude of services within a single ‘Standard Operating Manual’. In practical terms this programme will support the development and implementation of current and future practice within the Standard Operating Manuals framework. This programme is an enabler and advances us on our first step towards Digital Transformation. Providing an opportunity for us to engage and influence our employee base to embrace change as a concept. Through evidence documented by their own efforts they will comprehend how things are currently done and our need for change. We will be intentionally building a ‘need for change’ within our internal stakeholders.
