Description
The requirement will be to provide legal advice to the Transport Scotland Ferries Unit CHFS3 Project Team and to support them to plan to develop contractual requirements, support engagement with key stakeholders, develop a model bid and support procurement of the next iteration of the CHFS contract. A parallel procurement exercise has been undertaken to acquire commercial support and it is expected that legal and commercial advisors would work together, managed and co-ordinated by the Project Team.
