To address immediate risks to safety and quality of care - 100%<br/><br/>Palms Therapies Referrals 2025- 2026 Lot 1: This notice confirms that a contract award has been made due to urgent circumstances.<br/><br/>The service provides early intervention mental health support for children and young people (CYP), including those with autism and/or learning disabilities who meet PALMS criteria. It delivers time-limited support for mild to moderate emotional and mental health needs.<br/><br/>The focus is on prevention and early identification, offering timely support to improve outcomes for CYP and their families/carers, reduce escalation, and support wellbeing within the community.<br/><br/>Interventions are individually tailored and agreed at initial assessment in line with Thrive principles, and may be delivered through 1:1 sessions either face-to-face or online, based on identified needs and goals.<br/><br/>Contract value: £186,100<br/>Contract period: 01/01/2026 – 31/12/2026
