Cleaning and polishing products

Description

The framework agreement will include cleaning products within waste management, mats, cleaning machines, cleaning supplies, drying systems, cleaning agents and personal hygiene. The framework agreement will have a 2-year duration and the contracting authority will have the option to extend this for a further 1 year + 1 year, totalling 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest 3 months before the contract or option year expires. The contracting authority makes the following reservations: • Changes in volume resulting from changed economic framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity, including competitive tendering of cleaning services in the municipalities. • To cancel the competition or reject all tenders if there is justifiable cause. • Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg make reservations about implementing competitions separately for investments in cleaning machines with an estimated total cost greater than NOK 10 000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement will include cleaning products in the following primary product groups: A. Waste management — i.a. plastic sacks and bags B. Mats C. Cleaning Machines D. Cleaning Supplies E. Drying Systems F. Cleaning Agents G. Personal Hygiene. The framework agreement will have a 2-year duration, and the contracting authority will have the option to extend this for a further 1 year + 1 year, totalling 4 years. The option will be triggered automatically, unless the contracting authority gives notice at least 3 months prior to the expiry of the contract/option year. The estimated annual framework agreement value is approx. NOK 30 000 000 excluding VAT per year, totalling NOK 120 000 000 excluding VAT, if all option periods are triggered. The amounts stated above are estimates based on consumption in previous years. These are non binding for the contracting authority, nor do they give the supplier any rights.
