Description
A Conservation, Management and Maintenance Plan (CMMP) is required for the former House of Fraser Building in Grimsby, to ensure that the heritage value of this Non-Designated Heritage Asset is maintained, and the building does not fall into disrepair. The aim of the CMMP is to identify, assess and help to retain the significance of this heritage asset in any future management, maintenance, repair, or alteration projects. It will ensure that the heritage is valued, cared for and sustained for everyone, now and in the future.
