Description
To provide a comprehensive maintenance service (to include pre-planned and reactive maintenance), minor works and asset and condition appraisal for all Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control and CCTV systems at Kingston University's property portfolio. For ease of use this contract is divided into the 3 lots below, however it is Kingston University's preferred solution to appoint a single contractor to cover all 3 lots. Lot 1: Fire detection, alarm and protection systems; Lot 2: Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and supporting systems; Lot 3: Access control, intruder alarm and supporting systems. This contract is intended to start from the expiry of our current arrangements on the 1 March 2021 and will likely involve the TUPE of staff from the incumbant provider. To provide a comprehensive maintenance service for Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control to include reactive and planned maintenance.
