MSDC NEETs Engagement and Prevention Services - AWARD

Description

Mid Sussex District Council invites tenders for the provision of engagement and prevention services provided to 16-25 year olds in Mid Sussex who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), to increase the young people's skills and abilities to enable them to remain in learning or make a positive transition into education, employment, or training, as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 3rd January 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until 2nd January 2026, with an option to extend for a further 1 year period (until 4th January 2027) subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The Council has a budget of £30,000 per annum for this service, which must not be exceeded.
