The scope of works include upgrades to a total of 37 social housing units within Waterford City, Portlaw and Dungarvan and 17 fuel poor houses located throughout Waterford. The details of the measures to be implemented are referenced within the specification. The exact number and metered squared of each specific measures where applicable referenced within the accompanying schedule. The upgrades are to be included within the following estates and locations: 1.0 Waterford City Social Houses at Summerhill Close 2.0 Social Houses at Presentation Row Waterford City 3.0 Social Houses at Queen Street Upper and Connolly Road Portlaw. 4.0 Social Houses at Caseyville and Keating Street 5.0 Social Houses at Shandon Street Dungarvan 6.0 Fuel Poor Housing at locations as detailed within schedule
