Description

Procurement of a contract with tenderers for specially facilitated transport to and from work for approved users living in the Hordaland area. The transport assignments include transport of recipients of disability benefits with a special facilitated work offer for which the person receives payment. In scheme will eventually be transferred to the individual municipalities where the transport takes place. The municipalities will therefore be able to join the contract instead of Vestfold County for their respective packages. This concerns Bergen, Alver, Bømlo, Fedje, Masfjorden, Ullensvang and Øygarden Municipalities. The estimated value of all the sub-contracts is a total of NOK 10.1 million excluding VAT a year, NOK 19 million over the entire contract period. The budget limit for the procurement is set at NOK 19 million excluding VAT a year, total maximum NOK 76 million over the entire contract period. Lot 1: Bergen Transport to work for users in Bergen Municipality. The annual estimated value is NOK 8 million, the estimated total consumption in the contract period is NOK 32 million. The budget limit for the entire contract period is NOK 60 million. Lot 2: Alver. Transport to work for users in Alver Municipality. The estimated annual consumption is NOK 520,000, the estimated consumption in the contract period is NOK 2,080,000. The budget limit for the entire contract period is NOK 4 million. Lot 3: Bømlo Transport to work for users in Bømlo Municipality. The estimated annual consumption is NOK 50,000. Lot 4: Fedje. Transport to work for users in Fedje Municipality. The estimated amount is NOK 100,000 a year, the total in the contract period is NOK 400,000. The budget limit is set to NOK 800,000. Lot 5: Masfjorden Transport to work for users in Masfjorden Municipality. The estimated amount is NOK 540,000 a year, NOK 2,160,000 for the entire contract period. The budget limit is set to NOK 4 million. Lot 6: Ullensvang Transport to work for users in Ullensvang Municipality. The estimated amount is NOK 465,000 a year, NOK 1,860,000 for the entire contract period. The budget limit is set to NOK 3.6 million. Lot 7: Øygarden Transport to work for users in Øygarden Municipality. The estimated amount is NOK 425,000 a year, total NOK 1.7 million over the entire contract period. The budget limit is set to NOK 3.2 million.
