Site Waste Clearance - Bolton House Road

Wigan Council are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement to enable contractors to understand the requirements related to urgent works/service required to remove waste that has been illegally deposited at Bolton House Road, Bickershaw, Wigan WN2 4AB. This is an urgent project that will require supplier to visit the understand the scope of the requirements. The contractor will be responsible for all aspect site access, vegetation removal, site security, excavation, haulage and disposal of waste. The quantity of waste Wigan Council expect to be removed is estimated to be in the region of around 4,000 tonnes. This is estimated following a LIDAR survey which calculated the volume of waste as 7978.21 metres cubed.
