Description

The University wants the continuity of the mobile phone business, at the best price in the current market without stopping the current services, and without impacting the users who should not be affected by the change. Framework Agreement fixed at 2 years, renewable (2+1+1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain a Contracting Party, without reopening of competition, known for its expertise in providing mobile phone services and associated equipment. Lot 1: Single lot: Provision of mobile telephony services and associated equipment. The Economic Operator is allowed to submit an offer for the single lot. The procedure followed is the Framework Agreement procedure allowing the University to designate a holder without reopening of competition, who undertakes to respect, throughout the Framework Agreement, the conditions set out in this Call for Tenders.
