The provider should have expertise in developmental and reflective supervision models, with particular relevance to systemic and relational practice, e.g. the Seven-Eyed Model. It is anticipated that additional requirements under this framework agreement will be for the following types of contracts: • Adaptations/enhancements to the proposed model for individual and group delivery with applicability within the Seven-Eyed Model framework. • Delivery of a train-the-trainer adaptation of the model to build internal capacity and future-proof delivery across Campus. • Review and update of the supervision resource pack, including agreements, templates, guidance documents, and FAQ materials to ensure alignment with current practice. • Delivery of future courses in a public setting to enable on boarding of staff who may have missed initial training due to leave or unforeseen circumstances. • Alignment with performance management structures and delivery of orientation training to managers to distinguish between practice supervision and performance oversight. • Support for integration with wider organisational learning and development frameworks, ensuring that supervision is linked to other objectives such as trauma-informed care, reflective practice, and staff wellbeing. • Ongoing feedback and consultation loops with the campus to support responsive adaptations to content, format, or delivery as needed. • Quality assurance mechanisms to support fidelity to the model, including reflective forums, observation, or peer learning options where appropriate. • Design and delivery of a continuing professional development resource and support focused on continuing professional development and reflective practice requirements as set out by Corú.
