Description
Bærum Municipality, Road and Traffic Department, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for emptying and registering sand traps and utility drains. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract that ensures emptying and registering of sand traps and utility drains on municipal roads from 1 May 2021. The scope includes disposal of the sludge at a certified landfill site. This is an ongoing contract that both parties can terminate with 1 years notice, (minimum 2 year contract period). The contract length in number of months is uncertain, (ref. must be chosen in the Doffin form, expect up to 10 years), The renegotiation terms from the 5th year are predefined. We expect that the tenderer could give notice on the contract before the 10 year contract period is up. The estimated total value is for 48 months: The evaluated expected contract value for 48 months is approx. NOK 8 million +/- ca. 50 % (NOK 4 million to NOK 12 million) excluding VAT.
