Description

Maintenance service, for the three-year period 2024-2026, of the integrated forensic ballistics system in use by the Scientific Investigation Departments of the Carabinieri. Lot 1: The Administration resorted to the negotiated procedure pursuant to art. 63 co.2 lett. b) sub 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, with the company ASSING S.P.A. for the assignment of a "full-risk" maintenance and technical assistance service for the integrated IBIS 3D system in use at the RIS for the three-year period 2024-2026. The service will have to guarantee the efficient maintenance, over the three-year period, of the 3D IBIS systems in use by the RIS (Anx. "A"), with the aim of ensuring the interoperability of the national forensic ballistics network between the Carabinieri and the Police of State for the timely communication of the correlations to the competent Judicial Authorities. The "full-risk" services must ensure ordinary and extraordinary technical assistance on site and remotely for all RIS, with software updates, supply of spare parts and labour.
